AVT takes part in a Victim Support Europe webinar on the review of its membership policy

The Association of Victims of Terrorism (AVT) took part on 9 September in a webinar organised by Victim Support Europe (VSE) as part of the open consultation process for the review of its membership policy.

The meeting gave member organisations the opportunity to learn about the reasons behind this review, as well as the possible changes to the current fee model and the proposals aimed at establishing a fairer and more financially sustainable system for the entities that are part of the network.

During the webinar, the participating organisations also had the opportunity to share their experiences, needs and perspectives, contributing their input to the consultation process that VSE will carry out over the coming weeks.

AVT’s participation in this type of meeting reaffirms its commitment to cooperation and the exchange of experiences at European level, as well as to strengthening support and representation networks for victims of terrorism.
