AVT participates in the Policy & Practice Joint Event organised by the EU Knowledge Hub on the Prevention of Radicalisation

The Association of Victims of Terrorism (AVT) took part in the Policy & Practice Joint Event organised by the EU Knowledge Hub on the Prevention of Radicalisation, a European meeting that brought together victims of terrorism, associations, professionals and policymakers with the aim of strengthening the response and support to victims of terrorism within the European Union.
During the event, the AVT participated in the panel “Strengthening Associations of Victims of Terrorism”, specifically in Group 3: “Strengthening EU-level and Cross-Border Cooperation for Victims of Terrorism”, where conclusions and proposals were shared with the other working groups.

This meeting was a valuable opportunity to promote transnational cooperation, exchange experiences and improve mechanisms of support and recognition for victims of terrorism in Europe.
The AVT thus reaffirms its commitment to victims and its active participation in international forums that promote fairer, more coordinated and humane policies.
