AVT participates in a VOTAN meeting on the review of the UN Global Counter-Terrorism Strategy

The Asociación Víctimas del Terrorismo participated on March 13, 2026, in an event organized by the Victims of Terrorism Advocacy Network, focused on consultations with victims and terrorism experts the review of the United Nations Global Counter-Terrorism Strategy.

During the meeting, participants shared experiences, best practices, and recommendations aimed at improving support for victims and enhancing their participation in international processes.

The session also addressed the progress made since 2023, as well as the remaining challenges in integrating victims of terrorism into international policies.

In this context, AVT contributed its perspective and expertise, actively engaging in dialogue with Member States and international organizations involved in the review process.
